1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to ITrove School software, website, and services.

  • “Company” refers to Innovation Trove.

  • “Institution” refers to schools, colleges, or educational organizations using the platform.

  • “User” refers to administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents authorized by the institution.

2. Eligibility & Account Access

  • Use of ITrove School is permitted only to authorized users of registered institutions.

  • Institutions are responsible for managing user access and credentials.

  • Users must not share login details or misuse the platform.

3. Services Offered

ITrove School provides a SaaS-based platform for:

  • Student and staff management

  • Attendance, examinations, and academic records

  • Fee and payment management

  • Communication and notifications

  • Reports and analytics

Features may vary based on subscription plans.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Services are offered on a subscription basis.

  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information

  • Use the platform only for educational purposes

  • Not upload malicious, illegal, or unauthorized content

  • Comply with applicable laws and institutional policies

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

  • All data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective institution.

  • ITrove School acts as a data processor.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, content, logos, and trademarks belong to Innovation Trove.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Platform Availability & Support

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

  • Support is provided as per the subscribed plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

Innovation Trove shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to user error or unauthorized access

  • Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at the institution’s own risk.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Illegal or harmful activities are detected

Institutions may also request termination as per subscription terms.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways or messaging services. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
