Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription payments made for ITrove School, a cloud-based School Management System (SaaS) operated by Innovation Trove. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription-Based Services

ITrove School operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged in advance based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or as agreed).

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Institution-Initiated Cancellation

  • Schools may request cancellation of their subscription by submitting a written request via email to info@innovationtrove.in.

  • Cancellation requests must be made by an authorized school representative.

  • Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

b) Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Illegal, abusive, or unauthorized usage is detected

3. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Partial usage of services

    • Mid-cycle cancellations

    • Non-use or underuse of the platform

    • Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance

4. Free Trial / Demo (If Applicable)

  • If a free trial or demo is offered, no payment is required during the trial period.

  • Once the trial ends and a subscription is activated, the Refund Policy applies.

5. Payment Disputes

Any billing or payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date. Delayed requests may not be considered.

6. Data Access After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, institutions may request data export before service termination.

  • Data deletion will be processed upon written request, subject to legal obligations.

  • ITrove School is not responsible for data loss after account termination.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
